The Flame Damascus Petty from Mcusta Zanmai is a paring knife with a beautiful red pakka wood handle. The blade consists of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of VG-10 steel. The handle provides a very comfortable grip and is fixed with three rivets, one of which is beautifully mosaic decorated. The bottom part of the handle is flat and can be used for crushing garlic and similar tasks in the kitchen. The length of the blade is 15 cm, which makes the knife ideal for precision work in the kitchen.
