Extra long Japanese chef's knife 25.5 cm from KAI in the SCUN CLASSIC series, ideal for cutting large vegetables and meat. The knife has a VG-MAX steel core and 32 layers of Damascus steel on each side of the core. Each Shun knife has a unique damask pattern that highlights its individual character.
