Return goods shipped from our warehouse
We care about the environment and want to do what we can to contribute to a sustainable future, for this reason we do not include a return label in our shipments but provide it on request.
Follow the steps below to make a return on stock items. For stock items, the return policy is 14 days. Products made to order cannot be returned. The product must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging in brand new condition. Our return fee is € 10 for smaller items and € 100 for larger items, this fee is automatically deducted from your refund.
What happens now?
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email sent to the email address you provided containing the return slip.
Tape the return slip with the barcode to the outside of the package.
Hand in the return shipment to your nearest delivery agent. If your return involves a pick-up we will get back to you with more information.
Confirmation of return and refund minus the cost of the return will be sent to you by email within 14 days.
