Small paring knife 10 cm from KAI is ideal for peeling, cleaning and cutting small vegetables and fruit. The knife has a core of VG-MAX steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel which, together with the hammered surface, gives a beautiful pattern. The handle is made of laminated Pakka wood of brown walnut, sanded and polished to a glossy finish. Fits both left and right handed.
