Tolomeo by Artemide is a classic and functional lamp series that has taken the world by storm since the first version was designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina in 1987. Tolomeo LED wall lamp was designed in 2010. What has made Tolomeo so popular is the flexibility with which the entire lamp body can be easily adjusted with one hand to direct the light exactly where it is needed. The arm, joints, and base of the lamp are made of polished aluminum and the shade is made of matte aluminum. The lamp head can be rotated 360°.The Tolomeo LED V-lamp comes with an integrated LED lamp that is dimmable.
Tolomeo is available in several versions and when Michele De Lucchi designed the first one, he expressed that " no desk lamp should make you use two hands to set it correctly ". In addition to the flexible and easy-to-handle body, all variants have in common that they stand for simple function, elegance, and solid craftsmanship. In 1989, Tolomeo's designers received the Compasso d'Oro.
