Rangthong Dessert Knife is designed by Jaivid Rangthong for the Rangthong brand. The knife is made according to traditional Thai craftsmanship. All Rangthong products are made from a single piece of 18/8 stainless steel, where both blade and shaft are hammered over an open fire. The blade is highly polished while the shaft is left with a raw finish.

All items are produced by hand in Thailand according to tradition. Rangthong Dessert knife can be washed in the machine with the handle down. All cutlery can also have its shiny part polished with stainless steel polish and the matte surface maintained with beeswax.
