Lanternina is a small pendant lamp designed in 1998 by Marta Laudani and Marco Romanelli for Oluce. The lamp has a pure form and consists of two bell-shaped shades made in the mecca of glass: Murano in Venice. The outermost shade is transparent while the second shade, which contains the light source, is frosted. Lanternina gives off a pleasant, soft light through the two shades. In contrast to the glass shades, the top of Lanternina features a glazed metal attachment. If you would like a larger pendant lamp with the same design as Lanternina, there is also Lanterna.
