Tolomeo by Artemide is a classic and functional lamp series that has taken the world by storm since the first version was designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina in 1987. Due Bracci means two arms in Italian, and the pendant light has two arms and two shades that can be directed at different heights for a pleasant light. Tolomeo Basculante 2 Bracci was designed in 1996 and the arms and joints are made of polished aluminum while the arms are made of parchment paper or gray satin fabric and can be supplied in different sizes. Light shades are not included.

Because of the Tolomeo's flexibility, it has become a much-loved classic in many homes. The lamp body can be easily adjusted to direct the light where it is needed. Tolomeo is available in several versions, and what they all have in common is that they stand for simple function, elegance, and solid craftsmanship. In 1989, Tolomeo's designers were awarded the Compasso d'Oro.
