Chair 300 Black Oak is a dining chair created by the famous Italian designer Joe Colombo in 1965. This chair is currently manufactured by Danish Karakter and is a fine example of Colombo's ability to create functional design with sophisticated shapes. The softly shaped seat and back are upholstered in fabric or leather and elegantly housed in a black stained oak frame. The double horizontal slats that support the seat of the chair and add to its character are visible in profile. If you prefer a different finish for the chair frame, Chair 300 is also available in soapstone and red oak.

Although more than half a century has passed since Chair 300 was first introduced, it remains just as relevant today, something that is significant for the design classics that Karakter puts into production.
