The legendary Italian designer Achille Castiglioni designed Comodo in 1988. The Danish brand Karakter has resumed production of this multifunctional furniture. Comodo consists of a solid and veneered oak frame resting on a thin metal frame. Choose between a clear lacquered or black lacquered oak finish. Comodo can be used as a coffee table, a tray table, a coffee table or as a storage unit for your favorite treats. Achille Castiglioni is said to have been fond of sweets and even stored his sweets in a Comodo.
