Small Japanese chef's knife 15 cm in western style (gyuto) from KAI, ideal for cutting vegetables and meat. The knife has a core of VG-MAX steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel which, together with the hammered surface, gives a beautiful pattern. The handle is made of laminated Pakka wood of brown walnut, sanded and polished to a glossy finish. Fits both left and right handed.
