Vegetable chopper 14 cm from KAI in the SCHUN PREMIER series. The surface of the knives is hammered by hand, called Tsuchime in Japan, which provides timeless aesthetics and ultimate sharpness. The blades have a solid core of VG-MAX steel with a hardness of 61 ± 1 HRC. The brown walnut handle is ergonomic and fits both left- and right-handed people. Each Shun knife is unique, with a refined damask pattern. The technique for making these knives is inspired by Samurai swords and allows the blades to be shaped like Western knives.
