The Micono Ceiling Lamp was designed in 2000 by Artemides co-founder Ernesto Gismondi. The Micono is made of hand-blown transparent glass with a chrome-plated steel or brass base. The combination of the ceiling frame and exposed details gives The Micono a fresh industrial look while illustrating beauty in simplicity. The seascape is the focus of attention and reflections are created within the enveloping glass dome to attract attention. Candles are not included. Please note that the glass is transparent.
The Micono emits a diffuse direct light, making it equally at home in the hallway, bedroom or above the kitchen table. The Micono collection also includes a pendant light and a wing lamp.
