Care Instructions

We recommend using wooden or plastic cutting boards, as glass, stone, and granite can damage the knife blades. The knives are not suitable for cutting bones or frozen foods. Rinse the knives in warm water before first use and wash them immediately after each use with a mild detergent, drying them with a soft cloth. Acidic foods should be rinsed off immediately. Avoid using a dishwasher and wash the knives by hand. Wooden handles should be oiled regularly and not left in water for too long. Professional sharpening is recommended to maintain the sharpness.
