Decanter Eddy is a wine decanter designed by Silvio Nitzsche for the Zieher brand. In the Eddy decanter, the wine circulates in several eddies, which leads to a rapid development of its flavor and structure over time. In just a few seconds, the wine undergoes an oxidation process that is usually only achieved through several hours of decanting. Its flat base ensures stability and a secure stand, while the included matte black silicone collar allows the carafe to be placed in a tilted position. This wine development tool is made of extremely durable and high quality borosilicate glass. Characterized by its compact structure, outstanding transparency and strength, this material is essential for realizing the complex vortex elements. These elements, combined with the light and wine filling the glass, create visually pleasing color reflections and almost graphic effects. Ideal charge for maximum aeration: 0.75 to 1.5 liters.
