Series 430 Stool White by Verpan of Denmark was designed by Verner Panton in 1967. The covered stool has its own unique character in the modern Danish design that Series 430 exudes, its base surrounding the seat beyond the edges. The base is made of white, powder-coated metal which is rounded, as is the round seat covered in Kvadrat fabrics. The seat is made of plywood and padded with foam for comfort.
Panton often uses rounded shapes in its design, in the case of the Series 430 Stool expressed by the round seat and rounded base. The stylish Series 430 Stool White is available in a choice of Kvadrat fabrics and is also available with a black base. The same range also includes a dining table, bar stools and dining chairs.
