The Line kitchen is designed by Apartment 8 for German Schönbuch. Line is a wall-mounted wooden mantelpiece that comes in a variety of variants. We offer Line in various types of finishes for the hooks as well as a number of different colors for the line-shaped hood. The Line is a functional hanger that, with its characterful appearance, is a unique detail on the wall and a clever way to store clothes. The long hook can be folded down when needed and can be used with a hanger for smaller coats and cloaks without any problem. Further down the stand are smaller hooks for clothes and accessories. Line works well as a stand-alone piece on the wall or with several pieces in a row.
Apartment 8, led by Carolin Shanga, designs with the guiding principle that good design should be self-explanatory. The design agency Apartment 8 is based in Munich, Germany. Shanga has a degree in graphic and fashion design and a background as an art director, which has given her extensive experience in designing furniture.
