Agnes is a series of candelabra and lamps designed by Lindsey Adelman for American Roll Hill. Adelman drew inspiration for the series from the fictional heroine Agnes, who worked in the California mines during the 1849 Gold Rush. A job considered to be the most dangerous in the world. In a very uncomfortable, risky workplace, flexible light bulbs were needed and the Agnes lamp came to the world.

Agnes is a favourite among Roll Hill's products at Nordiska Galleriet. The chandelier is incredibly beautiful and brightens up the room. Lindsey Adelman is one of today's leading designers and she creates art with light rather than just lighting. It is a privilege to see Adelman's work in both its larger and smaller versions.
