The Colossus Table Round is a large table designed by Chris Martin for Massproductions in 2019. Thanks to its size, this table is well suited as a conference table. As the name suggests, the table has a round laminate tabletop in either a white or black design. The column-like base of the table is made of contrasting concrete and contributes very good stability. The Colossus Table Round becomes the perfect place to bring people together whether it's in the large dining room or the office.
The impressive table has been named Colossus Table Round after the Greek word colossus, which in Swedish means statue of gigantic size. Chris Martin wanted to create a social table with a solid expression and clean shapes. The massive table becomes part of the surrounding architecture rather than a table you furnish the room with. As an option, the Colossus Table Round is available with hidden tracks for routing power cables. In addition to this round table, the series also includes an oval table.
