The Ruutu series, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for Iittala, consists of vases made in mouth-blown glass. Each vase is a unique work of art that takes a day to produce by seven craftsmen at the Iittala glassworks. The mouth-blown glass gives the vases a lively and fluid feel, which contributes to their elegant and clear character. Their earthy color scheme and unique shape make them ideal for creating expressive still lifes.
