Soft Edge P10 Bar Stool Low - Black/Clothed is a bar stool designed by Iskos-Berlin for the Danish brand HAY. The seat and back of the stool are made of polypropylene with upholstery in fabric or leather. The legs are made of powder-coated steel in black color. Soft Edge P10 Bar Stool Low - Black/Cloth has soft edges that are curved away from the body for maximum comfort. The curved edges make it possible to construct strong and stable furniture from only 6 mm of material, instead of the normal 10 mm. This reduces the amount of waste. The Soft Edge series came about by exploring the development of molded plywood technology. Iskos-Berlin worked with HAY to push the boundaries of industrial molding by combining strong curves with extreme lightness to produce a minimalist design. The series consists of chairs, lounge chairs, and bar stools in a variety of veneers that fit well in both private and public settings. Soft Edge P10 is also available in a higher version and other colors on the legs, as well as with an uncovered seat in colored polypropylene.
