Lampe Gras No 217 XL Outdoor Seaside is a wall lamp designed by Bernard-Albin Gras for outdoor environments. Designed to withstand the harshest conditions, the lamp is made of 316 stainless steel which is highly resistant to corrosion even in the most aggressive environments, such as proximity to the sea. No 217 XL Outdoor Seaside can be mounted on a wall or, for example, directly on a large and heavy wooden table. The XL lampshade is larger than the original and is available as painted or in raw copper that will create patina over time with the elements.

Today, Lampe Gras is produced by French DCW éditions and despite being almost 100 years old, the design still retains the original details such as no screws being used and no joints being welded.

Please note that copper is a natural material and that the raw copper version is supplied without a finish. As it is untreated, patina will occur over time and depending on where the product is placed. The raw copper will also look different as the process progresses and the copper has a more even grain.
