The 3-Ply Roaster is designed by the French brand Cristel. It is a stainless steel mini oven form from the Compléments collection with a glossy mirror finish, classic heat diffusing base and fixed cast iron handles. With three layers: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel, the Castel'Pro oven molds allow the heat to spread throughout the base of the mold. Without a one-piece bottom, the temperature can rise and fall quickly, making it easier to cook more technical recipes. Perfect for individual portions.
