Pivot™ - Black is a wine preservation system from the Coravin brand. The high-tech system extends the life of your wines for up to four weeks, ensuring that the last glass tastes just as good as the first glass of wine. With the Pivot™ wine preservation system, you have more freedom to drink exactly the wine you want, in exactly the amount you want, without worrying about the wine losing its flavour.
To use the Pivot™ system, start by opening the Pivot™ unit and inserting the Coravin Pure™ Argon Capsule, filled with argon gas that creates a positive pressure to allow the wine to drain. Then open the bottle and replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot™ Stopper. Then place the Pivot™ device over the neck of the bottle, tilt the wine bottle over the wine glass and press the button to pour the wine. When finished, remove the Pivot device and immediately close the cork stopper Pivot™ Stopper.
