Drum Monocolor is a hexagonal chair with a high backrest from Italian Cappellini, created by Mac Stopa in 2016. The unusual shape pays homage to the hexagonal straps of the 1980s, while being modular and can be built in a variety of ways to create larger surfaces. Drum Monocolor is upholstered in polyethylene with several densities to ensure maximum comfort and is fully covered in single-ply fabric in either Bielastico, which has a lot of stretch, or Master fabric, which is a finer fabric from the Cappellini collection.
The Drum Monocolor has a slightly curved seat for added comfort and a high backrest of just under 1.5 m that also becomes a neck rest. Drum Monocolor will be a striking feature in the living room and the Drum Pouf footstool is available to complete the set.
