Robust cutting board from Boos Blocks made of solid maple endwood, suitable for both professional chefs and home cooks. It is not dishwasher safe. Clean by washing with warm water and detergent, and allow to dry completely. It should not be soaked or immersed in water. Oiled in every 3-4 weeks with Boos Block Board Cream and Boos Block Mystery Oil.
