The Skid umbrella is designed by F/P Studio for Schönbuch. Skid Coat Stand is designed with functional elegance without taking up onödig space. The holder consists of a stainless steel or powder-coated slate frame with a semi-circular wood-embossed top strip. The stainless steel metal frame can be fitted with a solid oak or walnut top strip. The powder coated model comes with walnut only. We offer the Skid Coat Stand in two different widths, 60 cm and 45 cm. Choose to hang on hooks or hangers so that the Skid Coat Stand can be adapted to suit personal needs. Skid is a smart, eye-catching furniture that thanks to its airy design fits in many environments, both private and public.
F/P Studio was founded in 2000. Fritz Frenkel previously worked as managing director of Frog Design Asia and as head of design for Deutsche Bahn AG. Anette Ponholzer has taught as a guest professor at the Stuttgart University of Applied Science, among other things.
