Sophie Armchair was designed in 2017 by Emmanuel Gallina for the exclusive Poliform. The chair has a seat and a back rest made of molded polyurethane with a slender armrest. The base is made of solid wood in oak or elm. The chair comes in many finishes and is available in several textile and leather versions. The chair works just as well around the dining table as it does, for example, in the hallway or around a conference table.
The Sophie Armchair has details that emphasize the chair's coziness factor in contrast to its structure and clean, slim lines. Nordiska Galleriet also offers the chair without armrest, Sophie Chair.
