The P-L 04 Chair is a remarkable addition to the P-L Series, designed by Scottish-Swedish designer Nick Ross for Niko June. This four-legged chair draws its inspiration from the post-and-lintel system seen in ancient Greek, Indian, and Egyptian architecture, where vertical posts support horizontal beams. The chair’s design embodies this architectural concept, blending stability with minimalist aesthetics. Each piece in the P-L series is locally produced in Copenhagen, Denmark, in close collaboration with a skilled blacksmith. Crafted from aluminum, a soft material, the chair will develop scratches over time, adding unique character and reflecting its usage. These marks should be embraced as part of the chair’s life story and functionality.
