Leimu Lamp 24 cm is designed by Magnus Pettersen for the brand Iittala. The design language is inspired by modern architecture and especially the combination of concrete and glass. The designer calls the lamp's design "industrial luxury". It is designed to resemble a blazing flame, balancing fragile material with a robust form. Mouth-blown by skilled craftsmen at the Iittala glass factory, each Leimu lamp has a soft surface and is handcrafted. The smaller model is compact enough to fit on a bedside table or shelf. The lamp spreads a soft, pleasant light that adds warmth to any environment. Its moss green color contributes to a sense of natural calm. This modern classic has received the prestigious iF Design Award.
