The S-Table dining table is from the Danish brand Gubi and was designed by Marcel Gascoin in 1953. The table is made entirely of wood and can be chosen in either matt lacquered oak or matt lacquered American walnut. S-Table is a simple as well as robust table, where the designer Marcel Gascoin masters both form and function. The table seats six diners and is characterised by its slim, simple lines and elegantly tapered legs. The strong frame and precise craftsmanship contribute timeless quality and uncompromising functionality.S-Table was first designed for the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) housing in France. Thanks to the table's flexibility and understated elegance, it is as popular and relevant now as it was then. The table is also available in a pull-out version. The S-Table is part of Gubi's Gascoin collection, which also includes the B-Table, C-Chair and Trefle stool.
