Stchu-Moon is a series of lamps created by Catellani Smith founder Enzo Catellani for his own brand. Stchu-Moon 09 is one lamp in the series and comes as a floor lamp with extends 200 cm from the floor. The lamp is made of waxed iron coated on the inside with leaves in silver, gold, or copper which also creates an uneven surface that allows the light to reflect and emit a glowing glow. The lamp is then fitted with a steel chain which is also the part that holds the lightbulb and further up the lamp there is also a pull-out candle holder. A dimmer is attached to the cord, allowing the user to adjust the light to suit the mood.
The Stchu-Moon series focuses on the reflections of light, which is also a feature of most of the works Catellani has designed.
