Ribbon Low Stool is a stool created by one of Japan's most prominent designers, Nendo, for Italian Cappellini in 2007. Two years later, Ribbon won the prestigious If Design Award for its exceptional design, in which the thin bands of cut-out metal form an incredibly special character, giving it a stable construction and an innovative power that is striking.</The Ribbon Low stool is made entirely of laser-cut, thin metal, finished in matte powder-coating. It is available in five different colors. To avoid damaging the floor, it also comes with a transparent plastic floor protector. The Ribbon Low Stool is also available as a bar stool in the same style, the Ribbon High Stool.
