38.3 is a pendant lamp from Bocci designed by Omer Arbel in 2012. The manufacturing technique is the same as for the immensely popular series 28, where several small inwardly curved cavities are randomly placed on a glass sphere. They are excellent for decorating with succulents and airplants, several of the cavities are so large that it can be planted with soil. The sphere measuring approximately 21.5-25 cm in diameter has 3 light sources and 4-6 cavities. With flexible copper cables, the sphere is connected to 2 plantable moons that seem to float around it regardless of the law of gravity.
Succulents and airplants are not included in the purchase.
