21.61 Cluster is a pendant lamp from Bocci designed by Omer Arbel year 2007. The lamp has 61 pendants that are designed to be used in a grouped constellation, the height is adjustable to a maximum of 300 cm. Inspired by the sporadic arrangement of rhinestones on a sea cliff, the shade is made of thin porcelain wrapped around a borosilicate glass in a trumpet shape. A strong contrast is created between the organically divided soft light passing through the porcelain and the sharp light passing through the glass. Each shade measures approximately 13 cm in diameter and is handcrafted, making each one unique in proportion, size and shape. 21.61 is easily installed with a handset that plugs into the ceiling fixture. The round frame is made of white lacquered metal. The cables come standard with a maximum length of 300 cm and are pre-adjusted during production, so they cannot be adjusted afterwards.
