Deba from KAI in the WASABI series is a classic Japanese knife that is mostly used to prepare fish and poultry. The handle combines bamboo powder and polypropylene for optimal hygiene thanks to bamboo's natural antibacterial properties. The blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel 1K6. The length of the blade is 21 cm and the handle is 12.6 cm. Suitable for both home and professional kitchens.
