In 1928, Wilhelm Wagenfeld designed the table lamp Bauhaus Table Lamp WG 28, which is now produced by the German company Tecnolumen. This table lamp has a stripped-down and elegant design with a glass and nickel-plated metal base. The small lower screen is slightly angled which creates a beautiful contrast to the large upper screen which is angled in the other direction. Both screens are heat-resistant and covered with fabric for an atmospheric glow.
In the Bauhaus series there are several lamps that have many similarities but also many differences. All this shows Wilhelm Wagenfeld's willingness to experiment. You can find many of the lamps here at NO GA.
