Dipping Light is a table lamp designed year 2018 by Jordi Canudas for Marset. The lamp consists of a white glass globe placed on a metal base in brass. Thanks to the different layers of glass in which the glass globe is embedded, a magical illumination is created when the lamp is lit. However, Dipping Light catches the eye even when it is dark with its striking design.
Jordi Canudas experiments with light and always tries to surprise with his works. His aim is to capture the essence of light, and when he dipped a thin lamp in smoke several times during an experiment, he created the Dipping Light series, whose layer of smoke softens the light and softens its intensity. The color acts as a shadow and shades and directs the light. Dipping Light comes in a variety of color shades.
