The Mogensen Bench was created by Børge Mogensen in 1956 for Fredericia Furniture. The bench is made of solid oak and has an upholstered seat in either fabric or leather. The oak frame is available in four different finishes; black lacquered, oiled, sanded, and lacquered.
The Mogensen Bench is a good example of Børge Mogensen's quest to create furniture with clean, simple forms. In this bench, the function follows the furniture’s streamlined design.
