Tolomeo by Artemide is a simple and timeless lamp series. The first desk lamp was already designed in 1987 by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina. The Tolomeo Micro LED Pinza was designed in 2010. The lamp is available in several colors, all made of aluminum and steel. Tolomeo Micro LED Pinza is slightly smaller than Tolomeo's classic marble fixture. Tolomeo Micro LED Pinza can be easily placed on the edge of a table or bookshelf with the handy clamp. The lamp has an integrated LED light bulb.

What has made Tolomeo so popular is its flexibility, as the entire lamp body can be easily adjusted with one hand to direct the light exactly where it is needed. In 1989, Tolomeo's designers were awarded the Compasso d'Oro.
