Patroclo is a sculptural table lamp by the famous designer Gae Aulenti, designed for the Italian brand Artemide. The table lamp gets its unique shape by blowing the glass inside the netted basket and letting it swell. The diamond-patterned steel grid then contributes to an eye-catching shadow play while it slightly diffuses the light. Artemides Patroclo comes with a dimmer, but is delivered without a light source.
Gae Aulenti's Patroclo is part of the Artemide Masterpieces Collection - a collection of classic lamps from some of the greatest designers of the 20th century. The collection includes masterpieces such as Lesbo by Angelo Magniarotti, Fato by Gio Ponti and Boalum by Gianfranco Frattini.
