SHI13 Shimmer Table is a glass table from the Italian brand Glas Italia, made by the internationally renowned furniture designer Patricia Urquiola. The table is made of transparent or opaque glass with a rainbow iridescent and frosted finish. The table top rests on four rounded legs that match the top. All components are carefully glued together by hand by the brands skilled craftsmen. The table is made of extra-light glass that has a unique polychromatic finish that allows each component of the table to reflect a subtle color variation across its entire surface. The highly iridescent effect, which constantly varies depending on where the viewer is in the room and how the light hits the table, has given the Shimmer series its name.
