Primitive Weave 3 results from a collaboration between designer Chiara Andreatti and the Italian manufacturer cc-tapis. The carpet comes with the dimensions 230 x 300 cm and is made entirely by hand from wool from the Himalayas. The carpet is patterned with graphic figures and a contrasting stripe on one short side, giving Primitive Weave 3 a unique character.
Primitive Weave is a collection inspired by Andreatti's traditional Moroccan carpets, which incorporate the geometric esthetic of the 20th century. Carpets as unique as they are beautiful are made from Nepalese weave and different colors have been combined with knotting techniques to create rugs rich in texture. The collection also includes the Primitive Weave 1 model, which can be found at Nordiska Galleriet.
