Willo Perron syntyi vuonna 1974 Montrealissa, Kanadassa. Hän on luova johtaja ja suunnittelija, joka on muovannut kulttuurin kehitystä kahden viime vuosikymmenen aikana ja keksinyt sen, mitä nykyään kutsutaan taiteilijaluovaksi ohjaukseksi.
2000-luvun alussa Perron muutti Kaliforniaan ja perusti Willo Perron and Associatesin. Siellä hän lanseerasi keikkoja ja maailmankiertueita muun muassa Kanye Westille, Jay-Z:lle, Drakelle ja Rihannalle. Samaan aikaan hän toimi Alexander Wangin ja Yeezyn muotinäytösten luovana johtajana ja suunnitteli Grammy-palkitun St Vincentin Masseduction-albumin kannen.
Viime vuosina hänen studionsa Perron-Roettinger on tutkinut lähes kaikkia muotoilun osa-alueita. Cartierin näyttelyistä Chanelin muotinäytöksiin ja Stussyn ja Skimsin myymälätiloihin. Vaikka hän omistaa edelleen suuren osan ajastaan live-esityksille, kuten Rihannan Super Bowl Halftime Show 2023 ja uraauurtava Savage x Fenty -show, joka toi hänelle Emmy-ehdokkuuden vuonna 2022, hän on nyt alkanut keskittyä erityisesti sisustussuunnitteluun ja mittatilaustyönä tehtävään huonekalusuunnitteluun.
