The Eames Blanket Dot Pattern is a jacquard woven wool blanket from Vitra that has been created by the famous designer couple Charles and Ray Eames. Their design philosophy also included textiles to realize their ideas about color, form and material. "Dot Pattern" was created in 1947 in connection with an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The pattern consists of variations of crosses and dots that are joined into a large composition. This graphic design references the abstract paintings that Ray Eames created in the 1930s and is an expression of the couple's artistic vision and aesthetic. The plaid is a great way to introduce their iconic design into your home.
