Compas Direction is a desk designed in 1953 by Jean Prouvé. The table top is made of solid wood. The base is made of bent sheet steel with a smooth lacquered surface. The table is designed according to technical principles typical of the French designer and engineer Prouvé. The table gets its name from the design of the table legs, which in their shape are reminiscent of the arms of a compass.
