Tanis Desk is a desk designed by Pierre Paulin for Ligne Roset. The desk has a classic design and is made with a steel base, walnut veneer legs and a scratch-resistant laminate finish. After Pierre Paulin's initial appearance at the Salon des Arts Ménagers de Paris in 1953, Pierre Paulin began collaborating with Thonet-France, mainly designing desks and chairs. It was då he designed the CM 141 desk which is reproduced by Ligne Roset in 2008 under the name Tanis Desk. Its original design has been carefully preserved while materials have been updated to make the desk more contemporary.
