The 2-piece slicer set from KAI in the SCHUN CLASSIC series is a nice set for slicing the Sunday roast. The set contains a slicer knife (20 cm) and a steak fork (16.5 cm). The knife has a core of VG-MAX steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel and a handle made of laminated Pakka wood. A slicer knife cuts thin, even slices that keep the juices and flavor inside the meat instead of collecting them on the cutting board. You can make long, smooth cuts with less friction.
