CH417 Tray Table from Carl Hansen, designed in 1970 by the famous designer Hans J. Wegner, is a versatile and innovative piece. While Wegner is often associated with comfortable chairs and armchairs, his tray table showcases the same level of creativity and ingenuity. The high usability comes from the fact that the tabletop is both reversible and removable, while the frame is foldable. The handle is not only practical but also a beautifully crafted detail.
The CH417 Tray Table works excellently as a coffee table, and since you can easily remove the tabletop and use it as a tray, it becomes very convenient to move or store away when you need extra space. The tabletop always has an edge in solid oak, and the handle is in smoked oak. The surface is made of laminate, with one side in white and the other in black.
