The stylish Kaari Reb 013 wall shelf was created by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the Finnish furniture manufacturer Artek. The designer duo and the Bouroullec brothers created an attractive collection called Kaari for Artek, which is a series of shelving systems that combines stylish design with simple construction. Just as Alvar Aalto adopted his signature slightly curved L-shapes to support everything from chairs, tables, and stools, the Bouroullec brothers wanted to combine solid wood with steel to create stability for the Kaari collection. The collection includes tables and wall shelves in beautiful combinations of materials and shapes.

The Kaari Wall Shelf Reb 013 has wall brackets that are made of solid wood that then has a protective lacquer over it. The brackets are in black lacquered steel and provide diagonal support for the shelves. The Kaari Shelf system offers three variants of wall shelves, one of which has a built-in desk. The shelves are simple and clean in their lines and shape, making them easy furniture to apply regardless of the environment and style.
